§1 Introduction

ug778 ("ug778," "we," "us," or "the Platform") is committed to protecting the personal data of every Filipino player who registers, accesses, or engages with services on ug778.app. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out the principles, purposes, and procedures by which ug778 collects, processes, stores, shares, and protects personal information.

The DPO is responsible for overseeing ug778's compliance with the DPA, implementing this Policy, and serving as the primary point of contact for data privacy concerns. 2.3 Registration with NPC. ug778 is registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines in accordance with its obligations as a Personal Information Controller processing the data of Filipino citizens.

Under the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012, ug778 processes personal data on the following lawful bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to fulfill the contract between ug778 and the Player — including account management, payment processing, and delivery of gaming services.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine law, including PAGCOR license conditions, AML obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (AMLA) as amended, and reporting obligations to government authorities.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming enforcement, and improving ug778's services, where such interests are not overridden by the Player's fundamental rights.
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications, optional analytics participation, and any purposes beyond those listed above — where ug778 will obtain your explicit, informed consent and you may withdraw consent at any time.
• Vital Interests: In exceptional circumstances, processing may be required to protect the vital interests of a Player or third party (e.g., reporting serious harm to appropriate authorities).

§7 Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

7.1 ug778 does not sell personal data. Your personal information is never sold to third parties for commercial gain. ug778 shares personal data only in the following circumstances:

• PAGCOR and Regulatory Authorities: ug778 is required to share player data with PAGCOR as part of its license conditions, including gaming activity reports, financial summaries, and KYC records upon regulatory request.
• Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC): ug778 is legally required to report suspicious transactions and covered transactions to the AMLC under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

§8 Data Retention

8.1 Retention Periods. ug778 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention guidelines apply:

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of the Account plus a minimum of five (5) years after Account closure, as required by PAGCOR and AMLA record-keeping obligations.
• KYC and Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the end of the business relationship, in accordance with AMLA requirements.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with AMLA.
• Gaming Activity Logs: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years for responsible gaming monitoring and dispute resolution purposes.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of closure of the relevant support interaction.
• Marketing Data: Retained until consent is withdrawn or until it is no longer relevant to marketing purposes, subject to an absolute maximum of three (3) years from last active consent.

8.2 Secure Deletion. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized using industry-standard methods. Data subject to an active legal hold or regulatory inquiry will be retained until the matter is fully resolved.

§9 Data Security

ug778 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and ug778 is encrypted using SSL/TLS with 256-bit encryption — the same standard used by Philippine banks for online transactions.
• Password Hashing: Account passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way cryptographic hashing algorithms with salting. ug778 staff cannot access or retrieve your password in plain text.

§11 Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by ug778. These rights may be exercised by contacting the ug778 DPO at the details provided in Section 16:

§12 Minors

ug778 employs KYC identity verification to enforce this age requirement before any withdrawal is processed. In the event that ug778 discovers that personal data belonging to a person under 21 has been collected, ug778 will immediately close the relevant Account, return any deposited balance, and securely delete or anonymize the personal data in question as expeditiously as applicable law permits.

§13 International Data Transfers

13.1 In the ordinary course of providing its Services, some personal data processed by ug778 may be transmitted to or processed by third-party service providers whose systems are located outside the Philippines — for example, game content delivery infrastructure maintained by international game providers, or cloud storage services.

13.2 Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, ug778 takes reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers occur only to recipients that maintain an adequate level of data protection, including through contractual obligations that mirror the protections required by the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012.

13.3 In all cases, personal data transferred internationally remains subject to this Privacy Policy and ug778's obligations under Philippine law. ug778 does not transfer personal data internationally for the purpose of evading its Philippine legal obligations.

§14 AML & Mandatory Regulatory Disclosure

14.1 As a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator, ug778 is a covered person under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended by Republic Act Nos. 9194, 10167, 10365, and 11521). ug778 is legally required to:

• File Covered Transaction Reports (CTRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) for single transactions amounting to more than ₱500,000 within one banking day;
• File Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the AMLC when a transaction raises reasonable grounds for suspicion of money laundering or predicate crimes;
• Maintain and produce KYC and transaction records upon lawful demand by the AMLC, PAGCOR, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), or other competent Philippine authorities.

14.2 These reporting obligations are mandatory by law and take precedence over any privacy interests. ug778 is prohibited by law from disclosing to an affected player or third party that a CTR or STR has been filed concerning that player's account.

14.3 Tax Obligations. ug778 may be required to disclose transaction and identity data to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of the Philippines in connection with gaming-related tax compliance. Players may be required to provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) where applicable.

§15 Changes to This Privacy Policy

15.1 ug778 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes may be made to reflect: (a) amendments to Philippine data privacy law or NPC guidelines; (b) changes in ug778's data processing practices; (c) new Services or features introduced on the Platform; or (d) other operational or regulatory reasons.

15.2 When material changes are made to this Policy, ug778 will notify registered Players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by email to the address on file. The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy will be updated accordingly.

15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure per Section 12 of the ug778 Terms & Conditions.

If you are dissatisfied with ug778's response to your data privacy concern, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. The NPC is the competent supervisory authority under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and maintains its own complaint-handling process for Filipino data subjects.
